Our Vacation Rental at Lake Nacimiento will provide you a breath-taking, uninterrupted, panoramic view of the water. You will enjoy a lake view from both of our spacious decks, and every room in our home. This unequaled view is close enough to the lake that you can hear the water lap the shore. Other Vacation Rentals, if you can see the lake, you are looking across a street, between houses, through the trees, and off in the distance. We offer a view in which you look directly down and out at the water with a 160-degree view of the lake. The rear deck offers protection if the sun and wind becomes unbearable. Our large driveway offers easy off street parking. We are located on a circular street, which means no sharp turning radius in moving or parking your boat. Not all Vacation Rentals have adequate parking or easy access. You even have a great view of the lake from the driveway, and front deck. Surprising though, our rates are very competitive. When you consider the view, the parking, and an open floor plan, we are the best Vacation Rental in the Oak Shores Community Association.

We are now offering an "optional" Private Marina Boat Slip. Now you can leave your boat in the water behind a locked gate. You will have a place to park your boat without the risk of not being able to find a public dock (Slip). No longer will you have to haul your boat out of the water. If you are interested, please inquire about the rate.

• One half flight of stairs from driveway to living area...most Oak Shores homes you climb a complete flight of stairs.

We provide pillows, blankets, bath rugs, & toilet seat covers, salt & pepper, all cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent. We provide some kitchen detergent, toilet tissues, paper towels, plastic bags (garbage, food, trash), aluminum foil, plastic wrap, tissues, and some spices (bring your favorites), but please bring extra. You need to bring charcoal & newspapers (For the Weber Chimney) sheets, pillow case covers, bath & beach towels, kitchen cloth & towels, cleaning cloths & towels, bathroom soaps, groceries (you will be far from anywhere), cooking oils, & napkins.
Monterey County requires you purchase a lake permit, which is additional.
